These Terms govern the use of the AI visibility diagnostic service (the "Service") provided by ProjectTeamForYou (the "Company"), and set out the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Company and users. This English text is provided for convenience; in case of discrepancy, the Korean version prevails.
2. Definitions
"Service" means measuring how generative-AI assistants mention a given brand and delivering the results.
"User" means anyone who uses the Service under these Terms.
"Free scan" means a one-off measurement provided without payment.
"Subscription" means a paid plan billed on a recurring basis that delivers periodic measurements and reports.
3. Publication and amendment
These Terms are published on the Service. The Company may amend them within the limits of applicable law, giving at least 7 days' notice with the effective date and reasons; for changes unfavourable to users, 30 days' notice. Continued use without express objection constitutes acceptance.
4. What the Service provides
Diagnostic results aggregating whether, how often and at what rank a brand is mentioned when industry-specific questions are put to generative-AI assistants

5. Nature and limits of the Service
Results are aggregated from responses obtained through third-party AI providers' APIs and may differ from what a user sees in each provider's own app or website (web-search settings, personalisation, model updates, etc.).
Generative-AI answers vary from run to run; results are a sample at a point in time, not a definitive fact.
The Company does not guarantee increased visibility in any AI answer. The Service measures and informs; it does not promise ranking improvements.
Measured engines and Service content may change due to third-party policy changes, API discontinuation or pricing changes.
6. User obligations
Users must not:
register another party's trade name or brand without authorisation;
access the Service by automated means or impose excessive load;
reverse-engineer the Service or resell or redistribute results without permission;
enter false information or use another person's email address.
7. Restrictions
To prevent abuse of free scans the Company may limit usage per IP address, email and overall volume, and may restrict users who breach section 6 without prior notice.
8. Fees and payment
Free scans are provided at no charge within limits set by the Company.
Subscription fees and scope are as published on the Service.
Payments are processed by the Company's designated payment providers; the Company does not store card details.
Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the console (Subscription > Cancel).
The Company may change or discontinue all or part of the Service. If a paid service is discontinued, the Company will give advance notice and refund the amount corresponding to the unused period.
11. Limitation of liability
The Company is not liable for failure to provide the Service due to causes beyond its control, including force majeure and third-party AI provider outages, nor for decisions users make based on measurement results.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the court having jurisdiction over the Company's registered address is the competent court.
